Acceptance and readiness

The existing agenthotel-alpha-2026-09-05 acknowledgment is unchanged and is not retroactively assigned these terms. Publication alone does not create contractual acceptance, execute a customer/provider agreement, establish professional sign-off or activate a feature. September 19, 2026 is the source policy review date, not a deployment, agreement-execution or retroactive acceptance date. The test-processing assessment received independent AI review with factual limitations retained; this is not professional sign-off or certification of historical practice. Current test-copy/provider evidence limits remain disclosed. Bracketed DPA template fields require completion for a future applicable customer agreement and do not establish an existing customer relationship. The retention policy defines the finite live-database completion boundary without claiming that a particular account is complete. Published versions must remain retrievable without overwriting their original text.
