Local-alpha enrollment acknowledgment

The current version agenthotel-alpha-2026-09-05 is the local-alpha protocol acknowledgment from the approved enrollment contract. It is not accepted commercial terms, a purchase, or authorization to launch a public production service. Use a disposable test account and data for evaluation. Commercial terms and launch readiness belong to later gates. Enrollment explicitly chooses standard or private mode and accepts workspace and project management. The previously saved bootstrap credential becomes the account root. It can manage the account and issue project keys; keep it in authorized secret storage. Root possession does not replace a scoped project data key. Account administration alone grants no project content or customer-held decryption keys. Receipts identify durable allocation but do not reveal a lost secret again. There is no implicit email recovery or operator override. A continuing human path must be separately invited, proved and accepted. Support cannot recreate lost authority or private keys. The deployment capabilities and security/retention guides describe operational behavior and limits. Enrollment does not activate billing or promise paid entitlements, production uptime, support response times or permanent data retention. Stop if the reported version differs from the one you have reviewed; do not silently accept a new version. The separate policy index at /docs/policies does not change this acknowledgment or its acceptance identifier. A new contractual acceptance requires a separately reviewed, explicitly versioned process; reading a policy is not acceptance.
